亞洲公司治理排名出爐！香港首次跌出三甲　排名20年新低

外媒引述亞洲公司治理協會(ACGA)的「亞洲企業治理排名」報告顯示，鑑於對香港少數股東權益惡化及司法獨立的擔憂，再加上政治因素，香港的企業管治水平在亞洲的排名跌至2003年有調查以來最低水平，更被區內競爭對手新加坡超前。

報告指，香港的排名由第二位，跌至與印度並列的第六位，首次跌出三甲。至於由2016年以來一直排第一的澳洲，繼續保持榜首地位。由於日本「強而有力」的政府改革和當地證券交易所改善治理的努力，因此首次躍升至第二位。

此外，新加坡排名第三，與台灣並列，馬來西亞排第五，中國排第十。

Hong Kong’s corporate governance ranking in Asia plummeted to the lowest level in two decades, falling behind Japan and Singapore, due to concerns over violations of minority shareholder rights, according to a report jointly published by the Asian Corporate Governance Association (ACGA) and CLSA.

Hong Kong tumbled from second to sixth place in terms of corporate governance ranking, dropping out of the top three positions for the first time since the survey started in 2003.
